Defenders of Wildlife

Defenders brought together 50 leaders and managers for a two-day session to review its strategic plan, assess near- and long-term priorities, and respond to shifts in its sector. A second goal was to spark discussion on effective leadership and clarify the behaviors and support needed from the leadership team in the current environment. Dana partnered with the CEO to design an agenda that met these objectives while also strengthening team cohesion and creating meaningful opportunities for connection—especially valuable for a group where many colleagues had never met in person.
